A. Yes where required.

Q. How can I pay?
A.Payment for single sessions can be made by cash or bank transfer. Clients attending our London consulting rooms can also pay by card. On booking a room we take a deposit to cover the cost of the room. This is to cover us in the eventuality of a late cancellation on your part as the client. If we cancel your deposit will be returned to you. The remainder of the payment can either be paid upfront or on the day of your appointment. Your receipt will be emailed to you within 24 hours of payment.

Q. Who answers my call or enquiry?
A.This number is a dedicated line to the CCH and will be answered by a therapist at the CCH. This number is sometimes diverted to the first available therapist so we can deal with your enquiry as soon as possible. In the event that all of our therapists are busy with clients or away from their desk then your call will go to our 24 hour answering service.  All calls will be returned as soon as one of our therapists becomes available, please be sure to leave your details.

What Is Hypnosis?
 
Hypnosis is a form of 'trance' that should not be confused with sleep. The state of trance entered into in hypnosis is a natural state and is similar to the levels of trance we all enter into in our daily lives. This is perfectly natural and can be recognised in the following example: How many times have you been driving safely from  A to B and not been able to recall parts of the journey? This is called the 'highway trance state'. We are rarely in a state of full alert consciousness as this is something our minds reserve for learning and experiencing new things.
 
How Does Hypnosis Work?
 
Because we spend the majority of our time in a trance state we know we can trust our unconscious mind to take us through the routine part of our lives without any interference from the conscious mind. However, human nature being what it is results in many of us worrying on a conscious level, which can lead us to become self conscious. We can begin to over concentrate on a problem, this can cause stress, anxiety, depression, and in extreme case's illness. Hypnosis can access the unconscious mind bypassing the conscious mind that is often in a negative self critical state. This allows the unconscious mind to find a more objective, positive solution.
 
What Does A Hypnotherapist Do?
 
A trained hypnotherapist will utilise the human ability to fall naturally into a trance state. All hypnosis is self hypnosis but with a hypnotherapist it is more effective. The hypnotherapist acts merely as a guide and works with you. You remain in control at all times and cannot be made to to do anything you don't want to do.
 
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
 

This depends entirely on the individual and the nature of the problem. The average is three to four sessions.
